I am a Materials engineer, working on interface of materials and bio sciences..

working in "borderline areas" has its own charms and problems associated.. one of the charms is "going beyond the established boundaries", and problem is: sometimes I get "disowned" by both the sides,; specially from orthodox materials engg and biosciences viewpoints.

presumably I am on a quest for "boundariless research realm", beyond petty "disciplinary" qualms
